What if I don’t know what I need you to do?
That’s part of the service we provide. You’ll receive a free 20 minute consultation during which we’ll discover what we can do to build your business and achieve your goals. Just give us a call or email us with a date and time when you have 20 minutes for the consultation.

How do you bill?
We bill on a monthly basis. At the beginning of each month, you will receive a bill for the marketing services we performed during the previous month. The bill will be emailed to you in a PDF format. It will include an outline of work performed and the associated costs. Payment is due 30 days from date bill was received.

How can I budget for your services?
During our consultation process, we will mutually determine a marketing plan for your business, and the time frame and budget needed to accomplish the work. The Goughenour Group will submit a Work Order to you with a pre-approved monthly budget we’ve agreed upon. This pre-approved monthly budget allows The Goughenour Group to perform work up to the amount budgeted without additional approval. It allows you to rest easy knowing the maximum amount you’ll be billed each month. When a request for work exceeds the pre-approved budget, The Goughenour Group will notify you via email requesting approval prior to performing the additional work. No surprises!

What if some weeks I don’t have anything for you to do?
That’s one of the many benefits of working with a marketing consultant. No work, no charge. But, we’ll still be here when you do need us. It’s like having a full time marketing manager for the price of a temp.

No, we are exclusive to the real estate industry. That includes businesses such as real estate agents, real estate companies, builders, and vendors for the real estate industry.
